Cinnamon Cookies
These are my mom's cinnamon cookies. They're best when they're still soft. I don't think I've ever made these myself, but they are pretty good.
Ingredients
Directions
Blend sugar and butter in large bowl.
Add egg.
In a medium bowl, mix cinnamon and baking soda into flour.
Add dry mixture and water alternately to sugar and butter mixture.
Roll into wax paper.
Freeze rolls for at least 1 hour to harden.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice rolls into cookies. (A thread may be useful.)
Bake at 350 (or 325-400) degrees for about 10 minutes until browned.
